FAQ & Policies

Everything you need to know about how a Concordia preorder works.

Preorders & timing

What is a preorder, exactly?

Instead of stocking inventory ahead of time, we take orders for a fixed window. Once the window closes, we total up exactly what was ordered and place one manufacturing batch for that amount. That's what keeps this shop small, low-waste, and cheap to run — but it also means items are not in stock and ready to ship the moment you order.

When does this batch close, and when will I get my order?

This preorder window is open now and closes on . After that, we place the manufacturing order, and items are expected to ship in . You'll get an email when your order ships.

Because this depends on manufacturing and shipping timelines outside our control, the ship window is an estimate, not a guarantee — we'll email everyone if anything changes.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

This batch ships to .

How much does shipping cost?

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

How will I know when my order ships?

You'll get an email as soon as it's on its way. If you haven't heard anything by , email us and we'll look into it.

Can I change my order, size, or shipping address after I preorder?

Yes — email us as soon as possible with your order number from your Stripe receipt. We can usually make changes any time before the preorder window closes and manufacturing is ordered; after that, changes may not be possible.

Payments & refunds

What's the refund policy?

You can request a full refund any time before the preorder window closes — just email us. Once the window closes and the manufacturing order is placed, we're generally not able to offer refunds, since that batch has already been paid for based on the final order count. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll always make it right.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, a payment processor used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your card details — Stripe's checkout page is PCI-compliant and handles that securely on our behalf.

Where does the money go?

100% of what this store earns goes back into keeping the store and the Concordia app running — nothing is taken as profit. Read more on the About page.
